The UK Partner and Family Visa is designed for individuals who wish to join or stay with their family members in the UK. This visa enables family unity by allowing spouses, partners, parents, and children of British citizens or settled individuals to live together in the UK.

Requirements:
1. Be married, in a civil partnership, or in a genuine relationship (2 years cohabitation for unmarried partners).
2. Meet the financial requirement: Earn at least £18,600 annually (higher if dependents are included).
3. Pass an English language test (CEFR A1 level or above).
4. Provide evidence of adequate accommodation in the UK.
Duration:
Initial 2.5 years, extendable to 5 years, leading to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
